WIth award winning chef Adam from SA the food is still one of Bundaberg's best kept secrets. What isn't a secret is the the entertainment Thu through to Sat. With three areas completely seperate catering for all taste's, Dance, Commercial RNB and live acts in the large rear beer garden the Central is regarded the most transformed and most enjoyable and diverse hotel around.
